Framing your Diamond Painting

Framing your Diamond painting can be an expensive thing to do, so I have been on You Tube looking for some great ideas. 

I would like to share what I did, and although the frame is a light wood I have decided it would look better if I painted it white

I don't have the tools needed to frame my painting so I went the DIY route

Step 1

I bought a frame for $15.00 NZ from a local store - so my Diamond Painting measures 35 x 45 cm

The frame has a glass backing both in the front and at the back

I took the inner picture and cut the edges of my diamond painting to fit - as you can see I used pegs to secure the picture to my Diamond Painting

I took art tape and fitted this around the border of the picture - I bought this at a local craft store 

And then I placed this into the frame - of course my Husband helped me - looks really good
