Diamond Painting

Diamond painting

is a new craft
a) similar to a cross stitch and paint by numbers - instead of using cotton you use little beads, they are faceted in a way that they shine - makes the painting sparkle - looks amazing
Canvas is comes in different sizes - price will vary per size picture

So what do you get when you buy a painting
  • A picture of choice
  • A pen - the pen is used to pick up the beads
  • Small plastic tray
  • Wax for the pen
  • Enough beads to complete painting - there are plenty of beads - there will be a lot left over
The picture side
  • is painted with a glue - so the surface is sticky
Covered with a plastic film - this prevents dust from sticking to your painting
Do not remove the plastic film completely while you work, just lift the area you are working on.
Diamond painting is a fun thing to do with family, when children are around I recommend you supervise them as the beads are very small and may pose as a choke risk

A variety of paintings can be purchased so beginner, intermediate and advance level my first picture I did a intermediate picture, and my second picture was more advanced

Funny enough my Husband is not too excited about home arts once I had completed my picture he was amazed and was shocked at how awesome the picture looked he did comment that it shone beautifully.
